4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver only within Kerala.
Free Shipping is available for orders above ₹499.
Products are dispatched via India Post Speed Post with tracking support.
Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days within Kerala depending on the location.
Delays may occur on public holidays or due to courier-related issues.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Kerava accepts returns only for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
Natural & hygiene-sensitive products must have the hygiene seal intact for return approval.
Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
A short unboxing video is highly recommended for damage claims.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
