Return & Refund Policy-Kerava

Refund & Returns Policy โ€” Effective from 23 November 2025

Overview

Because Kerava sells natural and hygiene-sensitive products, our return window is intentionally short to preserve product integrity. We accept returns and exchanges only where stated below. Return eligibility is evaluated on receipt and inspection.

Return window

You must request a return and ship the item back within 72 hours (3 days) after delivery. Items returned after this window may not be accepted.

Eligibility for return

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Hygiene seal intact โ€” do not remove the hygiene seal

Special exception

Products that are not hygiene-sealed such as toothbrushes and combs are eligible for refund or exchange subject to the general conditions above.

Non-returnable items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary items where hygiene seal is broken
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products
  • Certain health & personal care items that are hygiene-sensitive

To complete a return

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer. Mail returns to:

Partial refunds

In certain situations we grant only partial refunds (examples):

  • Books or printed material with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, vinyl records
  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 72-hour window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email at support@kerava.in regarding approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 3โ€“7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your payment provider. If the refund is still missing, email us at support@kerava.in.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email support@kerava.in with your order details. For toothbrushes and combs (non-hygiene-sealed), exchanges/returns are allowed subject to inspection.

Shipping returned items

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damage claims & recommended evidence

If your order arrives damaged, report it within 72 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, tracking ID, photos of the packaging and product, and a short unboxing video if available. Recording the unboxing video accelerates claims and resolutions.
