Shipping Policy — Kerala-only • Free shipping above ₹499

Overview

Kerava currently ships within Kerala only. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping. We dispatch shipments via India Speed Post and provide a tracking ID once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Order processing time

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays processing may take longer.

Shipping methods & tracking

We ship using India Speed Post. After dispatch you will receive a tracking ID by email/SMS. Use the official India Speed Post tracking page to follow your shipment.

Tracking example: paste your tracking ID at https://www.indiapost.gov.in → Track & Trace (or use the link provided with your confirmation).

Delivery estimates

  • Within Kerala: typically 1–4 business days after dispatch (varies by destination).
  • Remote areas / public holidays may take longer.

Shipping charges

Free shipping for orders above ₹499 (Kerala only). For orders below ₹499 standard shipping charges apply at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. We plan to add COD as an option later.

Signature on delivery

Signature is not required for deliveries. Please ensure you provide accurate delivery details when placing the order.

Pickup / Click & Collect

Local pickup (click & collect) is available. Choose the pickup option at checkout or contact support to arrange collection.

Packaging & eco note

Kerava uses eco-friendly packaging — minimal plastic and biodegradable materials where possible. We package natural products carefully to protect them during transit.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of the delivery time. Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Tracking ID (if provided)
  • Photos of the packaging and product (and a short video of unboxing if available)
  • Brief description of the issue

We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and guide you through the next steps. Delays during holidays and peak seasons may occur — please allow extra time during these periods.

Special instructions

For damage claims we strongly recommend you record a short unboxing video (showing outer packet, tracking label, and product condition) — this speeds up claims and resolutions.
