Order Tracking — India Post Speed Post instructions
Overview
After your order is shipped, Kerava dispatches via India Post Speed Post. A tracking ID will be sent to your email/SMS. Track your shipment here: https://www.indiapost.gov.in/.
How to find your tracking ID
- Your dispatch email/SMS will include the Speed Post tracking ID.
- If you can’t find it, contact support with your order number at support@kerava.in.
How to track your order (Step-by-step)
- Visit the India Post website: https://www.indiapost.gov.in/.
- Click on Track & Trace.
- Enter your Speed Post Tracking Number.
- Click Track to view the live status of your parcel.
Tracking statuses explained
- Accepted: India Post has received the parcel from Kerava.
- In Transit: Parcel is moving through sorting centres.
- Out for Delivery: Delivery postman has the parcel.
- Delivered: Package has been delivered to the address.
- Delivery Attempted: No one was available; delivery may be attempted again.
- Held / Undelivered: Parcel is at a post office hub; may require extra time.
If tracking is not updating
- Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the first scan.
- Delays may occur during festivals/holidays.
- If tracking shows no update for more than 72 hours:
– Contact India Post via their website
– Or email us at support@kerava.in
If the parcel arrives damaged or wrong product delivered
Report within 72 hours of delivery:
- Order number
- Tracking ID
- Photos of product & packaging
- Short unboxing video (recommended)

Best practices for smooth tracking
- Keep your tracking ID safe.
- Copy–paste the tracking ID to avoid typos.
- Save your dispatch email until delivery is complete.
- Record unboxing video for claim support.
